Need help finding a few bits...?

Post by Coolhand78 »

does anyone know what the mini toggle switches that are used on the toneczar pedals are? they have a smaller arm/lever thingy than usual..?
i'm looking for one the same size to just use as an On/Off switch for the battery so the pedal can remain plugged in/wired up on my board...?
Image

also, does anyone know where I can get the standoffs that Dave uses in the Sola Sound Benders...?

thanks for your help.

If you search "SPDT switch" on ebay, you'll find loads.

Standoffs?

Assuming the bent aluminium bracket that mounts the PCB via the pots.

if i just want it to switch the battery on and off (such that i can leave the pedal plugged in and just flick the switch to disconnect the battery when not in use)
do i need on-on or on-off? i'm assuming on-off-on switches have the 3 positions?

I really just want a good quality on off mini toggle switch? is this the one i'm looking for:

On-on will work. Just have the power (or ground) from the batterty run in to the center lug and out to the board through one side. Leave the other side unconnected. Then the wire will be broken when the switch is flipped. Someone smarter than me may provide preference of which to do (+ or -) for some reason but either should work.
