Ross Compressor - Help Naming a Component

Gents,

Do you have any idea which glass component this is and where I can find a similar (if not the same) part?

That's a silicon diode... Prolly 1N4148 or similar

Jerms is probably right but I just wanted to mention that the Ross comp has two 1n914's (1n4148) and one 1n4001.
I think the one your arrow points to may be for reverse polarity protection and a 1n4001 is much better for that

Ben is correct.... That is the diode in the power supply....def put in a 2N4001 or 2N4002 in that spot.... I went and pulled my ross apart to confirm this... :tu:
