Red Rooster Radio?

Post by imsilly »

Flicked on my Red Rooster today and found that overnight it had begun to receive local talk radio.

Anyone else had this happen and are there any suggestions to remedying the situation?

One of my favorite pedals ever, use it everyday and I'd hate to have it off my board so is there anything I can do about it?

when temperatures change I find sometimes the connections at the plugs causes the radio thing. try a different guitar cable also. try these changes one at a time..

my sugarboost does that alot. Never had a rooster do it though. I usually just wiggle the cables or move the box a little. IDK, seems stupid but works mostly.

Thanks for the tips. I removed the pedal from my board for a while, redid the positioning and jumper cables. No more talk radio.

Cheers.
