UPDATE: Anyone else on here in the US have a comcast email account?
I think the bug is on comcast's end and Min T. and I figured out a workaround ... but it's still annoying.

Looks like some people are not receiving PM alerts by email
If anyone else has noticed this, please let me know so I can try to figure out why and fix it.
