GEMS

Post by redeyeflight »

Spam alert, this my band. I haven't ever really mentioned Gems here before but now seemed an appropriate time to do so: we have our debut LP coming out on Cd, download, and vinyl on April 2nd and this is our first official music video, for the title track of our new album "Tall Mountain." Hope you all enjoy it! No fuzz unfortunately but we do have two drummers and a veritable smargasboard of analog synths! No loops or samples...
I'd love to hear anyone's feedback be it positive or negative.
The whole album was released and its now available on iTunes:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/tall- ... d620549418
And amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUO ... 125&sr=8-1

And here's our video for our song "koi" a collaboration between Gems and singer okanomode.

This is Fucking GREAT!! Is there a vinyl pre-order or anything?

Thanks guys! I'm getting together with the head of our label tonight to get our website worked on and hopefully have the vinyl for order on there and elsewhere by the end of the week. The actual copies should be touching down in Seattle tomorrow...I'm pretty stoked!

That sounds really cool. Nice work!
Dig the rock element without guitars.
Video is nice as well.

Sounds great, but can't you find a way to run the synths through some fuzz?
