Page is rumoured to have played tambo…errr…guitar on this Mickey Finn recording (1965)

Recently rediscovered in the ITV Channel Television archives and unseen for over 50 years, this interview from June 1963 sees a (then unknown) 19 year old Jimmy Page in Guernsey, Channel Islands.

Jimmy discusses his artwork, his music and how he would like to eventually finance his art through his guitar playing!

The interviewer is writer, Royston Ellis.

Here's another video of same song, that's playable embedded :tu: fyi, just put last part of YT code between the youtube markers: eg: u6rUpdfaFK0

I've compiled all the YT vids (so far) in this thread, onto one playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... CYWevp3Z1P

I know we've probably just hit the tip of the iceberg: keep 'em coming!

Confirmed by the late, great, Bobby Graham as the first session he played with a young Jimmy Page, 1963. Not much of any solo guitar here, but an historical artifact, great drumming & excellent dance number.

Philamore Lincoln - You´re The One (from 'The North Wind Blew South")
Well worth checking out the whole album as it's a bit of a masterpiece IMHO.

Funny, Rolling Stone put Circles by Fleur de Lis, but wasn't it pretty established that this isn't Page on lead? (I admit, i thought it was him too)
