Pigeon FX - Vintage Clone PCBs

Post by peps1 »

So the PCBs are in! :freakout:

Set aside a bunch of these at a reduced cost for forum members, before they go on my site and eBay.

All single sided, on vintage stock phenolic board with OSP copper coating.
OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative) or anti-tarnish preserves the copper surface from oxidation by applying a very thin protective layer of material over the exposed copper usually using a conveyorized process.

It uses a water-based organic compound that selectively bonds to copper and provides an organometallic layer that protects the copper prior to soldering. It's also extremely green environmentally in comparison with the other common lead-free finishes, which suffer from either being more toxic or substantially higher energy consumption.

PLEASE check dimensions before ordering as the Uni-Vibe and Rams Head are fucking huge slabs of board!!!!!

Fuzz Face iss1 - Dimensions 65x40mm - £6

Those boards look great Brook! Will probably take a few.
Have the holes for the components been drilled?

Yes, fully drilled and ready to populate (even though they don't look it in the pics!)
