Very similar, the Dark Flesh is slightly more aggressive sounding, tighter response when playing lower string riffs,there's a touch more bite to it, whereas the Fleshhead sounds a bit sludgier, We're really splitting hairs though, the core tone of both is virtually identical, there's no doubt it's a fleshhead. When you a/b them you get to the point where you forget which one is on.......its been a great night trying them together
