Children of Cthulhu

A fuzz box that looks like H.P Lovecraft’s remote control.

I did two of the vids. I have one of the OC71's. i think there have only been 2 that have changed hands-- pretty sure one was a speculator that flipped it right away. the other was Sickle.

it still is hands down my favorite fuzz of all time. i will never sell mine.

What an awesome sounding box. I wish there were more of these things around. From the demos (which Ive watched about a thousand times a year) it is the sound I have been craving! :badlove:

Will there ever be anything similar in the future Captain?

The Fleshie and one knobber ge meathead haunt my dreams :cthulhu2:

I always wondered about the Flesh Head? Is it a specially tuned high gain MKII it is it something special. From the pictures the circuit looks very similar to a MKII. Are the tranny's at a certain gain structure?

The Fleshhead is based on the mkII circuit, but it is so much more, I've never heard a mkII kick out so much low end and with the tone control it can get so many sounds, from tinny waspish treble to full on heavy tonal destruction. Also works amazingly well with your guitar volume knob like a good FF would.

The only complaint I have is it doesn't like cold weather, sounds like shit, really strangulated and gated...but up to room temperature it's my all time favourite fuzz...it fuckin rules! :cthulhu2:

I remember drooling over those beauties! If they sound half as good as they look ( which Im sure they do) the owners are some luck bastards! I love those sexy tag guts and the way its perfectly layed out.

Witchcraft indeed!! :drool2:
