Now that's clean. Too bad nobody bothered to complete the registration card and then forgot to send it off. Sure would help putting dates on those things.
They must have used a leftover faceplate for this one. The 1585xx range usually has the later faceplate which uses different fonts like this unit:

Ha finally found a hint: the registration card says "Affix 2½d Stamp". From May 17th 1965 on the rate for a postcard inside the UK was 3d according to this site: http://www.gbps.org.uk/information/rate ... tcards.phpElectric Warrior wrote:Now that's clean.
