Yes I let the old man go.
It wasn’t intentional haha but the more we spoke, agreed on a price etc...
I’m happy it stayed in the UK where he’s been all his life. Kris also bought my low serial Clyde and epoxyed script wah a short while back so the old boys in good company!

I hear yah.
Aside from an original MKI, I'd most likely sell any ye olde pedal if the money offer was good, probably the MKI as well.

Haha I hear you too mate.
Yes well probably like yourself my favourite vintage fuzz is a MK1.
Fuzz faces and mk2’s etc very good but the MK1 for me ... awesome. I’m also partial to a zonk.
This vintage stuff is hard to come by this late in the game as most of it’s been claimed already.
Before I let him go I knew it would be unlikely I’d come across one again so I took as many pics as I could.

Going by your clips it was a particularly great sounding one. That's the only thing that would make me ponder letting something go. But, with shit to do and life to be lived, the wicked lure of money is always there to tempt us.
They are just pedals though.

It was great all round the clock.
it Was a sad day ... it didn’t come lightly but... again I know it’s gone to a good home. It’ll be cherished and played.
But yes .. money is goood ;)
