I forgot to tell the whole story...
This pedal came via eBay... Ya gotta have timing...!! :marx:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1960-S-ROTOSO ... 7675.l2557

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VINTAGE-1960S ... 3f2299f3ad

So, I wish I could say my karma was that good, that I scored on this auction. Let me just say I know the person who won the auction and was fortunate that I secured both pedals for a most reasonable price.
Just goes to show that there are deals still out there to be had! There have got to be a few old Fuzz pedals yet to be found and see the light of day.... :crackjam:

I can't believe you scored that Rotosound with OC81D for only 150 thats a deal of a lifetime. All I can say is wow and congrats. Extremely looking forward to the demo's of your two new pedals.

i know, right?...and that was £150, so really it more like almost $300! I can't believe you paid that much, John.
I mean, that thing is old and ratty and all the paint is worn off! Wtf? Everybody knows you could have gotten a BRAND NEW Rotosound reissue for about the same price! No issues, paint is intact, etc. :bong2: Jeeze, John put down the crackpipe. Well, i hope you enjoy that old ratty, bug infested, doorstop.

:hihi:

So, here is a video I made first thing today. Nothing fancy :badteeth: Playing with my Les Paul Custom into the Roto then the Sola, then back to the Roto into a brown Princeton Volume turned to 5, Tone at 12:00. I have the Roto set exactly where those red marks had the sweet spot marked when I got it. Then I turn it all the way to max. Mess with the Sola MKII for a couple minutes and then back to the Roto. I was sort of playing with the guitar's pickup selector and at the end show the clean up that the OC81D does that.

As far as the "whole story"... What I already said, is just the basic story. I bought it off the lucky guy who bought it off eBay. I didn't pay £150, but what I paid I think was more than fair. Anything to keep it from turning into JMI 2.0... :hihi:

I will try to do a few more demo's... As Time permits...
