To the eagle eye'd, you will notice that whoever marked the pedal, not only marked it with red nail polish where the "sweet spot" (or one of them) was, but also scratched where the "Volume" setting was. Also, there is a hairline crack on the circuit board running from one of the circuit board screws to the top above the big brown Iskra cap. Probably when the bulky white cord (seen in the auction photos) was attached to the battery wires. Doesn't seem to be a problem (Knock on wood!!).
More demo's coming soon. As far as the "Page squawky fuzz sound"...wait till I add the grey Vox wah to the mix... :badteeth: Those two pedals seem like they were made for each other, aside from sharing the same silver hammerite...

Page's squawked without the wah as well though. Maybe it was his tele that had it cos your roto and les paul custom does sound like Page spring/summer 1969 era with les paul where the squawk was less evident.

Ace pedal regardless. :crackjam:

I didn't know page used the 2 knobber? Thought it was just the 3?

Although I'm guessing they're the same circuit minus the tone control?

I reckon those early bbc sessions were with his Tele yeah?

The three knob Roto is a MKIII. Different circuit.
Everything is transitional.
