OK heres mine - cant really read the pot code but what I can see is - E8 100K LG AB does that make sense?

E8 would be the date code. May 1968 I guess. No idea how much later the pedal would have been made, though.
Just judging by the pot codes, the Marshall made version could have been in production concurrently with the Sola Sound made one - but that doesn't mean that it really happened like that. There are Marshall made units with 6-7 (june '67) codes out there. The latest pot code for the Sola made ones I've seen was 457 (november 1967).
And then of course there is this purchase order, which gives us a very precise date for what must be some of the last Sola Sound made MKII Tone Benders (possibly the OC81D run?)

There might be a date code on the mustard cap as well. Not sure if it's readable..
