Garen was better known as a french amp maker in the 60's.

The circuit does look like a Dizzy Tone. What Transistors are in the Garen Raf? They look like a SFT Type?

Ok, just spent an hour looking over those beautifull pictures and have it almost traced out now.
I just can't quite figure out how the tone switch 'switches' without cutting the connection between in and output?

It’s probably something simple but it’s late and it just won’t come to me.
This is what I see (not 100% on the 2N caps, I think i can see Red-Black-Red)



Or does it switch more like a rotary switch would?
