LookS like one resistor that the others don’t

Looks stockish. Maybe they ran out of Iskra 1/2W 10K resistors and they used 1/3W instead.

Yeah, someone flipped the board and it's missing one screw. Also, looks like the jacks and battery clip have been replaced.
Those 1/3W 10k's are original, seen them before
