Coming from New Zealand, you'd think I'd be well placed to get some info (Jansen is an NZ company going back to the 1960s), but I'd never heard of them until one came up for sale... That enclosure is all kinds of cool though, right? There is a gut shot on Effects DB:



Looks like a Fuzz Face or Vox TB clone, yeah?

Can’t see the gutshot very clear on my phone, but a FF or TB is a good guess.

I know Jansen guitars (the Jazzman and Invader are KILLER-looking bits of wood) but never heard of that fuzz. Enclosure is indeed great. I wonder if it was cast for a calculator/adding machine like the Olivetti Supa Fuzz enclosures? Got that look about it.
