Re: POST YOUR PEDALBOARD
First time in about a year I've used a board without the Broadcast on it.
The proper SHO does something really cool to the pedals before it in the chain, but my DIY one doesn't. Like it gives them extra "chime" or "clarity" or some other vague nonsense. In a side-by-side shootout, they sounded the same but in a chain with other stomps, the difference was obvious. I don't believe in mojo but there's something special in that little turntable painting!

Re: POST YOUR PEDALBOARD
I understand I popped in here without introducing myself as I wanted to get some info on a recently acquired Colorsound...so I'll post here my pedalboard according to the spirit of this thread:

Unfortunately botht the DOD250 and the Distortion + are not working properly, I need to find out somebody with experience repairing those vintage effects.
Uff, why the image doesn't work? I resize it....

Yes xotic. Slightly smaller than a normal size wah and fits on the pedaltrain metro 20, which is why i got it but actually it sounds quite good and i dig the features quite a bit.

Andrew Dice Clay could build a whole routine around the Xotic wah: "I like my modulation treadle effects like I like my women: slightly smaller than normal size and self lubricating."redeyeflight wrote: ↑Sat Mar 03, 2018 9:27 am Yes xotic. But seriously, I really like the enclosure design on those. You can tell they thought about it and tried to improve on the standard Vox/Dunlop shell. Wahs can be a pain in the arse to maintain, so if I can ditch the 3 in 1 oil and the white lithium grease, I'm all for it. And as long as the treadle has a good sweep and feel, it probably doesn't matter that it's a little small.
