My first one was a British racing green Drag'n'fly. Wonderful sounding little bugger. It was quickly followed by a Meathead Deluxe and Sonic Titan.

Red Baron Meathead with the inscription:

"Oliver Hedgehog, Oliver Hedgehog
Nobody wants to dance with him
He's got prickles, how they tickle
All the other animals who have fur"

This was mine, bought it from Vintage & Rare in '07:

A Red Rooster with an AC128 from the RR-09 series. It's perfect.

The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect distortion... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie.

1966 was the one that got me in the door, but the Rooster arrived first







Still got em both (although the Rooster got sold and bought back after a few years).

Love the "Sin City" reference! The Titans don't look half bad either!

My first was a slightly customised Meathead Deluxe, in purple... 2005 IIRC.

Instead of the "barrel type" power socket, I asked for a 3.5mm jack type power socket to be used, as it was going to replace a "Vintage RAT" (and I didn't have any spare barrel type power leads left after modifying a few to fit the RAT & some EHX pedals.

I had quite a few more after that, before settling on the Sonic Titan & Red Rooster combo.
