What a playlist, dude! Love it. There is, as you suspected, some non-mexican bands. As 'Los Shains', from Peru... Good songs indeed, anyway. If you need info about them, only ask me!

Yeah, in fact a lot of people from Peru says they're one of the best rock bands of their country. Even the fathers of punk music! Anyway, they got a very short but successful career. Their most known single, 'Demolicion', has a clear influence of 'Surfin' Bird':
