That's amazing. I love seeing beat up pedals, even if I'm actually pretty good at looking after mine.

Re: Introduce yourself, you bastard!!!
I feel a little unworthy to be on the forum since I haven't owned a DAM pedal before...but given I'm falling into the fuzz rabbit hole head first it shouldn't be long before I have one.
So, I'm Sam from Sydney, Oz. A few friends of mine suggested I join the forum so I'm here to bask in glory of fuzz knowledge of which I have little amounts of.
I guess gear wise, I mainly play an Bastin-Jazzmaster and a Millimetric MG6 through either a Marshall JTM 2x12 or a Matamp GT1 and 4x12...pedals, I have many...but from a dirt perspective my main one is a Dunwich made DA120, kind of matamp distortion in a box, but it can get fuzzy...and I also have a BAT Ritual which is a real fuzz. At one point I pretty much had all of his pedals, but that's the only one that's survived the cut. I tend to go for fuzzy distortion over fuzz, and the only fuzz I have liked in my limited experience is the ritual...se we'll see where I go next.
Been in bands and last year my previous band release an album which was noise and drone with some
Doomy riffs...this year I'm starting a new project again doomy, but more dark and harsh riffing with drums and not so much noise.
I'm also trying to do a pedalboard setup service in Sydney, as a hobby and to also fund gear purchases as my day job is just stretching enough to cover mortgage and a family...

Re: Introduce yourself, you bastard!!!
Howdy,
For a while, I fell under the heading "Long Time Lurker". Now that I've been a member for nearly a year, I realized I neglected to introduce myself. My name is Mike and I'm from the Bay Area in (sometimes) sunny California. I'm far from a good guitar player (actually more of a drummer), but I do enjoy experimenting with different sounds and talking "gear". I just wanted to formally say, "Hello" and that I've enjoyed conversing with the great folks here so far! Looking forward to more in the future!
