Interesting and cool looking Amtron box! How it sounds? Silicon based probably?

Haven't got it yet - it's on its way from Italy - but it's based around a 741 op-amp, so might be more of a distortion than a fuzz? we'll see.

Needed an occasional 5-string now that I sold my Stingray5. Just snagged this Squier PBass 5 for dirt cheap.
Canada Post strike means it's taking its own sweet time to get here though.

Oops. Had my eye on a nice 1968 Gibson EB-0 bass, but it sold. So I put in a lowball offer on another on Reverb and boughted a 1965 EB-0.
I've wanted one of these for years.
Anyone know where I can get a repro of the little chrome cover thing that's missing in this one?
