I've had more Tele's than I can remember over the years. Probably my favorite electric guitar. This is the one I've had for the last 13 years.

I love teles, but right now I don't have one.
Have had a bunch over the years, all the way from Squire CV, through a lovely Danocaster blackguard and a 1968 Telecaster bass too.
Favourite was a partscaster built by a tech in Toronto that I put an old Gold Foil pickup in the neck position. Ended up selling it as the neck was quite thin ... should have just put a chunky neck on it.
Dear Bongo, No.
Good deals with all these guys

I need to Telecaster assistance....
I built a fun partscaster earlier this year and used a MIJ Squire Tele neck from 84 which has the MIJ gotoh tubers as seen in the photo below. I want to switch these out for vintage style telecaster tuners.
I am aware I will need spacers for the peg holes and there will be screw holes showing on the back of the headstock...but my question is will the vintage style fit???? I can see in the image below that they appear to not line up the same. Anyone done this conversion?

Just rebought a USA tele standard I originally bought new something like 20 years ago and sold on 10 or so years ago. It’s nice to have it back. I’ll get a proper pro setup sometime soon, currently got 13s on and in C# standard and feeling great.
