Your cream of the crop!!

Post by Doc Holliday »

So ... out of your fuzz batch what is the cream of the crop?!
Like when you look at your fuzz collection what are you jizzing your pants over? :drool2:
That one that you never thought you’d get?
Or just feel lucky to have snagged it?

Mine is the Jerms MK1.
2G381’s and a OC71. Pure sex.

What’s yours??

Over the past 5 years I've owned 181 fuzz pedals (sold plenty - I currently have 20). This is the best of them.

Pigdog Electric Eye, OC75 and TI 2G374s.

Jerms MkI and Electric Eye are two of my cold dead hands pedals but I still look at this and, "God Damn I'm glad I scored this one!" Couldn't afford it at the time it came out. Buzzaround is hands down my favorite circuit.

Looks ace! Bet it sounds just as good.
We’re you tempted to get the Pigdog sola? Or did you think there would be no point owning 2 pigdog mk1’s?

You know... I’ve never tried one. Heard great things though. The cases alone ... man they just don’t make stuff like that anymore. Very cool design

Yeah that and the MkI wedge. When I opened up the box for my Electric Eye I about fainted. Then picked it up and felt invisible.

Steve really makes a great rangemaster.
They seem to sound great in all amps.
That one looks a little more special being amp top.

Steve gets a lot of love around here

Ha, I actually did get a Pigdog Sola but sold it. It was utterly fantastic, but the Eye is just perfect to my ears. I miss the Sola a lot, but really, I couldn't justify keeping both. When I had it, the Sola spent most of the time on the shelf.

Sweet looking Jerms man!
