Sucks, sorry to hear.

Who's the promoter?

Ahh, I'm just venting and I feel like a fool when I read my post back. Wow, I guess my math skills really go out the window when I'm worked up.

The promoter actually treats the bands really well and he gets them pizza from Sally's so I don't want to talk any more shit.

This time of year is really trying on my mental health, sorry DAM forum.

Also, promoters almost always have to pay bands with that kinda drawing power an advance.

Yeah it’s not right, you should get a full refund straight away if that’s your wish. I can understand folk who are happy to hold on to see if it gets rescheduled especially for gigs that are hard to get tickets for

I also feel for people that buy from 2nd ticketing sites or touts, they get really shafted, lesson learnt I suppose

You know J just canceled concerts in multiple cities for personal reasons and they probably don’t know what to do yet, right?

I had tix to see Ozzy in Glasgow. They postponed because he was "tired" (i.e., stoned/drunk/whatever).
Randy Rhoads died a couple of months later so I never got to see him play :(

Oh, and tickets were the princely sum of £3.50.
Dear Bongo, No.
Good deals with all these guys
