Gemco?

I just received some old German catalogs today:

Allsound
with several pedals I didn't see before, like the TU-1 Vibrato: http://filters.muziq.be/model/allsound/vibrato (looks like the Univox/Melos/Allsound Micro Fazer but has 2 knobs). There are also descriptions in German that show the differences between similar models.

General Electro Music folder 1: Cosmosound, Musitronics

General Electro Music folder 2: Musitronics, Cosmosound, Gemco, Rands and Top Gear (Funky Fazer, Fuzz, Fuzz-Sustain, Wah, Equalizer (pedal), Sound Rotator, Mini Mixer, 4Ch Mixer)

The Gemco Wah pedals seem to be made by Colorsound, the other ones look like the AMP Fuzz:

It's also the first time I saw the Top Gear Equalizer...
