Here's my newly-acquired MK1.5. Totally unfucked with internally save the grafted battery snap. Sounds really good. Very much like my OC76 Vox Tone Bender in distortion and attack personality, but shifted down in voicing. Original owner sharpied his name on the top (since removed), and made a ridiculous little wooden box with carpet interior and a tiny cupboard knob.

Snatched it out of the UK, but it spent most its life in Scandinavia. Original owner was Swedish. Then a fuzz collector called Dennis had it, and unloaded it along with a huge pile of other vintage fuzz several years ago.
Checked out the trace side with a dentist's mirror; all clean and og.
I'll get pics of the folky storage box up; it's a hoot.

Good question regarding the level control! I hadn't thought to check. Did some of the 1.5 have 500k like those proto, short-board MKII?The Captain wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 4:35 pm Nice score, man! 100k on the Level control??
