Hi There,
I bought it back in Dec and I'm absolutely in love with my Lucifer Rising but I'm having an issue when trying to power it from a brick.
It works completely fine with a battery but when I plug it into a supply it kills my chain when engaged.
Also the LED doesn't come on and no sound comes out.
It works fine with a battery apart from it being a little background noisey (the background noise seems to be reduced when fiddling with the input and output a little)
Is this normal? Its plugged into 9v DC.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Lucifer Issue..
Someone correct me if I am wrong...
The lucifer Rising is the EFE version of the Buzzaround wich is a positive ground circuit; so, I guess the Luci is a pos. Ground circuit.
If it's the case, you can't daisy chain it with negative ground pedals (most are neg. ground these days)

Re: Lucifer Issue..
Is it reverse polarity? So you won't be able to "daisy chain" it with other pedals, it would need its own power source, so yeah perfectly normal
Edit- Marc-Eric beat me to it

Re: Lucifer Issue..
Wait!!! The pedal is NOT reverse polarity, but has positive ground. So, either use a battery, or a power supply with ISOLATED outputs (you cannot daisy chain it). That's it. I run mine with no issues with all my isolated PS and standard power wiring.TheRareLord wrote: well don't I feel an idiot!

Re: Lucifer Issue..
In that case I'm needing to buy an isolated power source :)
