What's in the box?
Any of you technical fellows out there tell me what I've got in here?
The silver trannie is a SFT353 but I'm not sure about the black one.
On the 1966 page it says OC76s are generally used but the only lettering on the black one says T317.
Are there any other 66s out there with this set up?
I don't really mind as the pedal sounds great - just interested.
Ta.

Mmmm, Dave is going to have to answer this one.... I have seen a few different SFTxxx transistors but not a black one. Do you have a photo of the back plate and I will record it in the registry.

The black one be a SFT317. For some reason 80% of my stock of em just have "T317" printed on there. Maybe they were trying to save on a little ink

Re: What's in the box?
Thanks :-) Any specific reason to use a SFT317? It seems to be cross-referenced to the AF124/125 and the AF200 which I haven't seen been used before...The Captain wrote:The black one be a SFT317. They taste nice Nah they sound good, test well and fit the bill as far as the required gains go. I wanted a different flavour to the OC76's and these give a more extreme change in the tone.

mine is #212 and is exactly the same. It's in the pedal registry and gallery with gut shots.
But here they are again just incase...
Sounds great,
Xan :)
