Ah, fuck - another favourite! And another dude whose influence as a player, producer and persona extended way beyond his own performances.
I've never heard a bad version of "I Walk on Gilded Splinters". Even Cher's version absolutely kills, and I was listening to the Johnny Jenkins version just this morning. Hope he's having fun in some far-off voodoo wonderland.
