This looks exactly like mine purchased at Macaris in September of last year. Such a killer pedal.
Has the small resistor underneath too. Love my Sola Tonebender 1.5, it’s a touch squishy which I like, vintagey and saggy. A great top end and rocks with my humbuckers.

i like pedals when you know they're on

So these current ‘Goldies’ are the same circuit as the ‘Puke Bender’?

Yarp, pretty much. Different OC75 stock and a simpler 'dirty hippie' mod, but for all intents and purposes it's the same thing.freddy_von wrote: ↑Sun Jun 09, 2019 10:08 am So these current ‘Goldies’ are the same circuit as the ‘Puke Bender’?

The tone you get using a Goldie MK I.V is beautiful. Not the usual MK I.V tone. Any tips on dialing this tone would be greatly appreciated! Jellybread has a killer guitar tone.

Re: D*A*M/Sola Sound Tone Bender MKI.5
First post - hello all
Quick tech question: What is the dirty hippie mod exactly, as I have not been able to find a proper description / diagram. I live in one of the warmer parts of Australia, and it seems like it may be required here (Brisbane, home of Tym pedals if you need a marker on a map). There's an extra resistor mentioned, but I can't find much more than that. I thought I saw an extra 47k resistor on one of the boards, and thought perhaps there was some biasing from Q1 base to ground, but couldn't really tell from the photos (maybe I'm way off there).
Any assistance would be much appreciated, as I have a bundle of OC75s to play with. I have MKIV in progress at the moment, looking at building a MKII / 1.5 next. Will breadboard the two and see what floats my boat. Might end up with both.... that seems likely the way I'm going at the moment.

Does anybody have an idea of how long the wait is for the 1.5s? I sent Macaris an email and I didn't hear back, im dying for an SCB or a goldie over here!
