Another New Fuzz Sound MkIII Demo!...

Post by smogfalls »

Yo,

So here's another Fuzz Sound MkIII clip, this time I'm playing a very loose and improvised version of Led Zep's "The Girl I Love She Got Long Black Wavy Hair". I'm using my Tele w/Bare Knuckle Brown Sugar pickups, going into the Normal Channel of my Deluxe Reverb w/Cannabis Rex speaker. The amp is set to; Vol = 2.5, Treb = 5, Bass = 4.5.
(I use the bridge pickup through-out the whole demo.)

The Fuzz Sound settings are as follows;

Vol = Noon, Treble N' Bass = Noon, Sustain = 4 o' clock (5 o' clock is full on)

And without any further a-do, here's the clip....

Or, for the HQ 320kbps version, click here...

Xan :)

Thankyou ever so much!
I speak about what guitar and amp I used in the first post. As for the mic, it was a Sennheiser MD421 this time rather than my usual SM57. I prefer the way the 421 reproduces the mids... it seems to cut through slightly better in the midrange.
This went into Presonus pre's, through a Soundcraft mixer and into Logic Audio where a smidgen of plate reverb was added.

Yep, I also like the 421 more than the SM57!
