Low Profile Dual Tone/Volume Knobs

Does anyone know of a source for Low Profile Dual Tone/Volume Knobs for Guitar. My current knobs are almost 1" high.

Do you have a pot these are going on already? If so, what are the shaft diameters? There are various options out there for dual concentrics (6.4/3.2mm, 8mm/6mm, etc.) which can be the limiting factor.

Some dual concentric sets have a bottom knob with a recessed area for the top knob to sit in. Those ones work well for something shorter. I've used these in the past on a 6.4/3.2mm dual concentric pot.
