I got this today and the guy thought it was just a normal Colorsound Swell pedal. I popped it open and found this:

So what is it? Looks nothing like colorsound to me. It seems to work like a volume pedal with heel down being maximum volume. The switch perhaps switches between passive and active. Internal trim pot affects the amount of swell.
Any ideas?
