I love my older Thunderbird MK 1 and it’s so cool to see where it’s evolved too.
Congratulations on the work of Art .

Thanks everyone!
It's been a long way and I'm barely getting started. I would have never come so far without the motivation from the work of Dave and others around here. The Tone Bender wouldn't have made its real comeback if it wasn't for Dave, Stu and the forum.
Condolences, the bums lost!

Balls P-20! Recycling a donated cabinet and chassis are from an Ampeg Jet J-12T (one of the reissues). Jensen Mod 12-70 speaker because it maximized output and fit the box. Circuit is basically a Marshall 1986 (very JTM45-y) but just the brite channel and running the first stage as paralleled triodes. Basically I only had five knob holes to work with so I wound up with an extra triode! Output section is 2x6V6, basically the same as a deluxe reverb. Solid state rectified but sagged to DR voltages.

Its a blackface plexi deluxe? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Keeping it for myself.
