Send V&R a Email inquiring about one. Maybe they'll add you to the list.

V&R will be selling them in the future, but I hadn't heard they were taking names yet...Has anybody asked and gotten a confirmation?

I wouldn't worry about it, he just puts you on the list unless you had some other question.
