Mark forums read function

Hello 
After nine months spent crawling this board, I would like to congratulate those who makes this work fine.
I only have one request but have no idea if it's (easily) doable :
I often use the "view unread posts" function from the Board index page. That would be great to have the "mark forums read" function available from the results page, as the "unread posts" returned may be sometimes of no interest to me.
Not a big deal because I can go back to board index page and mark forums read, but...
