'View Active Topics' missing?

Hey guys, just checking incase it's just me . I no longer get the 'View Active Topics' option unless I'm logged in .
Sorry if it's been covered elsewhere but it's the same on iphone and my shitty kindle tablet. Just seeing if anyone else has this?

I log out and it disappears...

so the forum has changed now completely from earlier this morning...? anybody else or just me and my setup - iphone and CPU both look fekkin weird.
