Probably just an amp and a wah. The wah is unusual for Link but I have heard him use one before. According to Discogs, it was recorded in 1970 with his brothers in Nashville.
Link wasn't really a pedal guy. Later in the 70s, when he started playing his Yammy SG-2, Screaming Red, he might use some distortion (and a phaser). His guitar tech from that era says he had a distortion circuit wired into that guitar but that he'd only use it if the amp wasn't up to the job.

I read he liked the old ripped speaker cone trick for that sound and I thought that was the case here. I didn't realise this was recorded 1970, I thought it was late 50's or something
