David Gilmour’s 1954 Fender Stratocaster serial number 0001 — featured on “Mihalis” To be auctioned off for charity, (along with his ‘69 black Strat used on so many tracks from Meddle to The Wall. Altogether, 120 Gilmour guitars.
“The auction’s proceeds will benefit Gilmour’s charitable foundation, which he’s been running for decades.”... “The money will be going to the larger needs of famine relief, homelessness and displacement of people throughout the world,”

Killer Kraut-rock from 1971, Just We with "Somethin' Like It". Was going to put it in the wah thread but the fuzz sound is up there on its own. Fantastic drum break, too. Crank it!

I'm really digging this track from Scott Hirsch, from his new album, Lost Time Behind the Moon. Big "Cajun Moon"-era J.J. Cale vibe here, really warm sounds:
