Hi redeyeflight, the sound of Mary and Harry at the same time is very nice to my ears too! Good luck! :crackjam:

Molok, Harry will come pretty soon to you, right? :freakout:

Will Work for Blind Mary

Post by schultzvil »

Hey folks, for what it's worth I'll post this here- I missed a Blind Mary and now I need one .. so if anyone has one and might be ready to part with it... I almost grabbed one of the Harrys for trade-bait but didn't. I DID get one of the Cubic Blue "blues mod" Sonic Titans a few weeks back and that pedal is up on the block...
any interest, send me a PM-

plugged in my HH and cranked it, It's a beast and I love it. Cheers to Dirt for making it so rad!

got a Hatchet Harry today...fine, fine pedal it is... very tonebendery in sound, reminds me a bit of the super bee, and MAN does it sound good with the Blind Mary running in front of it...opens up the pick attack and clarifies the sound while simultaneously adding gain. Nice duo :crackjam:

mmm..I dont think so. I had a silicon 66 and it was way brighter. Harry is mean and deep.
I wouldnt know what pedal to compare it to... dang... I won't have it handy for a month now. :(

The 1966 sounds more than significantly different than the super bee...super bee's voicing is musch, musch more bazzz hevay!! :cthulhu2: I traded my super bee a little bit ago so I don't have the direct comparison anymore but I'd say that from memory the Harry shares some similar attributes with the super bee (but not the 1966). Super bee was smoother, harry's got some bite to it but theys def in the same ballpark!!
