Higher knob placement on the golden one. Hurry up and find the possible other Tone Bender print variant before this virus wipes us all out!

Yeah, it has crossed my mind before that the sandcast Tone Benders might exist with 'MKI' silkscreened graphics but have yet to see it! It would certainly explain the wonky drilling on mine...

Where are you finding all this good stuff? Did you just acquire everything Nick? That’s only the second Selmer Buzz Tone I’ve seen? Nice stash. Show us more please

What year is the selmer? With the attached cord it looks early

Re: Just pr0n!
Had this stuff for years now
I'm aware of 4 (and a half) surviving Buzz Tones in total, so far
The earliest mention of it I've seen in the press was in August 1966. It also appears in a flashy advert in Beat Instrumental, November 1966. The pot codes I've seen so far in some of these are all 1964-65, but it was apparently shown off at a trade fair in August 1966, and is proclaimed as being "new" in a couple of the ads from that time, so it's quite certain to be from that year.Doc Holliday wrote: ↑Wed Apr 08, 2020 1:51 pm What year is the selmer?
