Have you been enjoying the Loony Two?

Funny story...I have a good friend who didnt believe me when I told him how great Pigdog stuff was...
I let him borrow my Loony 2....he won’t return it.
I will probably let him keep it... he has given me some cool gear over the years...
Plus, I am really happy with my current setup.

This thing amazes me.
I dumped all tubescreamer related pedals and am really liking this germanium treble booster.
Pigdog is crazy good.
Is there anything close to this?
It takes my tube amps to the limit. Almost fuzzy.
Not bright, but added crispness I love.
Great pedal!

This is probably the best Pedal I have ever bought.

Lol that’s amazing! You’ve gotten another one addicted to the fuzzy warbles.

My friend did similar but he has been coveting my Electric Eye for years so when I bought the 2019 one he was straight on me to buy my old one.


Steve’s germanium boosters are top stuff, I know Pahathuasyndicate has a Dirty Mac booster that he says in utter magic.

always wanted to try a Loony 2, seen a couple bounce about on Reverb recently, was pretty tempted

Looks like your Loony 2 is up for grabs.

It was a gift to him, so I am cool with it.

I have owned 2 Loony 2’s and they were both awesome, but one had almost no gating.
That was #3 in Purple.
I want it back, btw.
This one has some gating, but my god, tone is off the chain, and out the yard....
I had Steve tweak my EE with almost no gating, unless I dial back guitar volume...Thats how I like it.
Anyways...

My Lucid buyer has some financial difficulties.

It is a Loony 2, slightly gated, with different packaging.
Same size.
