Thanks EW!! I knew you'd be able to straighten that out. I know I have seen reverse boards with late '70 and '71 Erie codes. I guess '70-'71 was the switchover to the "Non reversed" board. Maybe they were making both as they were using up the last Erie pots in '70-'71?
The one that always leaves me scratching my head is this one MKIII with all the extra caps and two diodes...? I thought it was one I had, but it is another with a copper q3 and two NKT223 type.

Doesn't sound right to my ears right now. Plus,it sounds gated right now... This pedal has no balls (for now) :blaze:
I'll have to check if capacitors are ok. Pots are clean.

By the way, I discovered that my Sola MKIII (ex Innerflight's) has a link between two of the fuzz pot pins :hmm:
Damn, three MKIII, none are acting and looking the same... welcome to 40+ year old pedals world :badteeth:

Some of them have a reverse fuzz control, some a regular one. Do they behave differently?
Everything is transitional.

yes... they do act different ! reversed or not :-)
