Can you remember which kind of Tone Bender had just come out when you purchased that pedal? The one we call "MK1.5" or the Professional MKII? Or maybe *gasp* both at the same time? of course it could have been the MKI as well, who knows...
I'm still not sure where these oddball pedals (Fuzzbugs and the "prototype" Supa Fuzzes) fit in. They have heatshrink on the shields of the input and output cables. I haven't seen this in any other MK1.5 or MKII Tone Bender yet iirc.
Can you make out the pot codes?
