Re: Bride of Images Only
This advert was printed in Melody Maker, in February 1966. Details about the model having been supplied to session guitarists over the previous two years, as well as the builder being located in Surrey, were kind of suspicious to me. I emailed Roger Mayer about it, and he confirmed to me that it was indeed an ad that he, himself, had posted for his early pedals

Which groups would have used RM's fuzz back then? At least a couple of the session guitarists would have been the two Jims, yes?

Aye, the two Jims supposedly both had them. Nashville Teens used a Roger Mayer fuzz as well.fernieite wrote: ↑Thu Jan 27, 2022 2:53 pmVery cool bit of history! Thanks for sharing.Nick wrote: ↑Thu Jan 27, 2022 1:58 pm
