Big fan of Quix*o*tic here. Saw them twice once opening for Stereolab and Sonic Youth, 2001, Chicago (Riviera Theatre) —also Quix*O*tic at the Fireside Bowl, an old rundown bowling alley that became a punk club. Two sisters on guitar vocals and drums, and then a guy playing bass. An indie band from Washington DC. Also Christina, the singer guitarist was previously in Slant 6, another great (female) trio. And she was also in Autoclave with Mary Timony.
