Nice finds, guys! Love the spitty fuzz in the Survival tracks, chankgeez, and the Zep-style Tonebender from Grupo Ciruela. Great sounds all round. And the Spiders track is right up my alley, fendersilver. Going to have to track down some more.

Yeah, I know it's not psychedelic, but it's Mexican and there's fuzz.

Yeah, I thought you'd like that Mr. Lyons. You should really check out his channel, lots of great music (not just Mexican).

Love, Peace & Poetry albums are a music compilation series created by Thomas Hartlage.

The records explore obscuro psychedelic rock music from specific regions around the world.
Love, Peace & Poetry - Vol.7 Mexico is the seventh volume in the Love, Peace & Poetry. :marx:

The model on the cover of all the albums is Cheryl Shrode, a go-go dancer and model who appeared in Playboy in 1967. :alizee:

OMG, a Mexican Twist record:

OMG, Horseyboy, you're in trouble, this thread doesn't seem to be dying.

I think I like the Peruvian cover version even better:

I also found some nice Argentine Disco/library tracks I can post if you guys are interested.

Long may it reign :crackjam:
Just tracked down the volume of "Love, Peace & Poetry" that fendersilver recommended and it's truly excellent - great fuzz all over it. Maybe the weed was just better back then…
