Grabbed this Guyatone LG127T, they can be had at a good price! The pickups are so beefy! Plays great with a decent action and a nice thin neck, flat radius and a soft v curve. Needs a new set up and one of the strap buttons needs some TLC. I like the way it’s chipped and worn with some nice cracking. The back of the neck is tidy though with no chips or dings. Overall I’m really impressed, gonna have a lot of fun with this guitar!

i was talking to a guy about a rare Valco gtr this year, but it was pickup-only hundreds of miles away and I couldn't organise anything and missed it, so I ended up semi-impulse buying this thing (a totally different gtr) instead:
it's a hollow-body badged Stewart Oriphonic, somewhat Guild-like, made by the United Guitar Corp in NJ, c1960. Still warming up to it, but it plays well, pickups are out of phase (might have to change that if I can). Binding rot is advanced...

- also got this early 60s 1x12" cab on ebay for cheap:
Has a late 60s Fane in it, and is cute.

Frontline Super Distort is one of the few Frontline pedals I hadn’t owned. Paid a bit too much for it but I needed to scratch that itch! Haven’t had chance to plug it in but I’m told it’s trebly and fuzzy.
