We  have  recently  discovered  that  your  business  is  using  the  mark  and  trade  dress 
Dallas Rangemaster for your one of your products. We believe your use infringes on 
our  ownership  of  the  registered  trademark  mark.
Never branded a pedal "Dallas Rangemaster" don't even have Dallas on the box, enclosure or ebay listing titles?

Wonder how long before they try and get my listing off ebay?

I guess a judge would have to decide wether the use of a partial trademark is still infringement. Your products look alike and are easy to confuse. But they need to be because both are replicas of a vintage box.
